By visiting our site and purchasing our products, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Materials

Our Chain Wallets are crafted from high-quality Polyurethane leather with vintage embossing. While we make every effort to display colors and textures accurately on our website, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in texture are a natural part of the vintage design process.

3. Payment & Advance Deposit Policy

To secure your order, Atenier requires a non-refundable Shipping Confirmation Deposit of ৳70 BDT to be paid in advance via our authorized bKash Account.

• The remaining balance will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD).
• If the package is dispatched and you refuse delivery at your doorstep, the ৳70 deposit is strictly non-refundable as it covers the courier's attempted delivery fee.
• Providing a false bKash Transaction ID (TrxID) will result in immediate cancellation of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh. Atenier is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
